Long Island based Americana band Natalie & The Damn Shandys is fronted by singer-songwriter Natalie Grunman, and is accompanied by guitarist Rob Wagner and keyboardist Ben Gorham, who both provide backing vocals for lush three-part harmonies. The band also includes Kevin Preller on second guitar, Mike Flaherty on drums, and Reese Ortenberg on Bass.

I joined ​Natalie & The Damn Shandys after receiving a call from Mike Watts, the engineer, mixer, and producer behind 
some of my favorite records from The Dear Hunter and As Tall As Lions. He worked with me when I was 15 to record my band at the times (Slacker, Genius) first EP, Tyrants and Tantrums. In late 2017, he asked me if I wanted to join a country band which at the time was incredibly out of my comfort zone, so I said yes in hopes of broadening my horizons. It was an amazing learning opportunity, I can't thank Mike enough for taking a chance on me.
I love being a part of this band because of the incredible songwriting and amazing people that are a part of it, and I'm very excited for what's to come with this group.
